Description
A rounded bush or small tree, up to 4 m in height, growing naturally in the Cape Peninsula and eastward up to Caledon and Hermanus in rocky fynbos. The leaves are ovate, shiny green on top (phyllikos means leafy in Greek). This plant can be used as a hedge or garden plant in winter rainfall areas or with winter watering.
