Image information

Description

Euryops nodosus is a moderately branched shrub of up to 70 cm. It grows in the central and western parts of the Karoo, in the Western Cape and Northern Cape provinces. The stems are mostly erect, whitish or grey, growing rough surfaces with age.

This photo was taken near Beaufort West in October when the blooming season was long past (Shearing and Van Heerden, 2008).
