Description

The flowers of Crassula ovata are white, pale pink or white and just slightly tinged pink. The flowers grow in dense, rounded clusters at stem tips, just above the leaves. Each five-pointed, star-shaped flower may reach about 1 cm in diameter.

Flowering happens in winter and early spring. This plant was found flowering in the Karoo Desert National Botanical Garden in June (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2010; Smith and Crouch, 2009; iSpot; www.plantzafrica.com).
